Are You Open to New Dimensions or Stuck in the Knowing?

Its been an interesting several weeks, as a therapist I am seeing clients daily, many of which are therapists and they are really uncomfortable. They come to their appointment, but somehow believe it can’t be that simple, it can’t be “that†because they have worked their entire journey around this pain and suffering. I am seeing well trained therapists and healers, doctors and other professionals in the field of wellness, and they are hurting. But what seems to be a repeated theme, is they are all well studied. They’ve done loads of work on themselves and others.
What’s the difference?
If these professionals are all having issues, how can the average person, one who is new to all the energy work, the inner child work or the Spiritual learning that’s available, how can they, how can you find your way?
I’d say the newly initiated person to all this energy/spiritual work is open, ready to absorb, even skeptical. They are trying anything and everything. They are seeing with newly opened eyes and a heart open to new dimensions.
The professionals that have seen miracles, have done so much work, well, sometimes they are addicted to new, better, more decisive or they believe so strongly that they talk themselves out of doing a deeper dive into the old wounds. Those very wounds they thought they’d healed, taken care of.
Honestly, if they can get past the mind set on knowing. The mind that says been there, done that, what else you got, then they find themselves discovering even deeper depths of understanding.
The wounded healer is a cliche that is bantered around a lot. I resonate with it. Sick and tired of being sick and tired. I was in awful pain, working way too much, way too hard, breaking, in the name of success and money. I was the patient turned practitioner after years of healing work and study. I get it, and I get the frustration of nobody fixing the problem, fixing the pain, fixing the struggle with weight, addiction, and every other ailment. How much did I have to do, to learn these extreme depths of abilities, techniques and tools? How did each of these tools help me on the path to healing. I continue to get work done and I continue to learn in the physical realm and to listen to my intuition, guides and even the loved ones of my clients. They come in fully aligned and followed by guides just waiting for them to ask for assistance, understanding and healing.
If you are struggling, reach out, find help. I’d love it if you reached out to me, I can help you find out what is truly creating the struggle and/or pain. Today, you need to work with someone with a vast tool box so that regardless of what comes up, that all dimensions are healed. Talk therapy combined with hands on, hands on with some spiritual work, cut cords but also know where the cords are coming from so they do not keep coming back. Messages from loved ones, so that old wounds can be understood and all parties can be forgiven or at least aware of the depth that it’s effecting you.
Remember, forgiveness is not about saying the person who hurt you is now a friend or that what they did is okay. No, forgiveness is about you, ending the self-inflicted torture of the pain that they caused in your life, day after day. What is said so often…. it’s like you taking poison every day and thinking it’s punishing the guilty party. That’s a whole topic onto itself.
